  1. Step 1

    Week 1: set up on a call

    We load three clients and the family member who decides for each. Your care managers get one link. Nothing to install, and no training session longer than the call.

  2. Step 2

    Weeks 2 to 4: after every visit, dictate

    The care manager says what happened. Routine things go on the plan. Anything that spends the client's money or touches a medication goes to the family as one text, and the record keeps the exact words.

    Day 31: you decide

    You see the numbers below. Either it's $1,550 a seat a year, or we delete everything and send you the export first.

What we measure, and show you on day 31

  • Requests to families per care manager per week.
  • Time from the ask to the answer, and how often anyone had to chase.
  • How many answers came from the named decision-maker, not a sibling.
  • Whether your care managers are still dictating in week four without being asked to.

If the care managers stop dictating, the pilot failed and we say so. That's the honest close.
