Margaret is at home in Denver. Her son David is in London, asleep. Nobody is awake to do anything about it until the pharmacy opens. This is what happens instead.

He opens the app over breakfast, reads the request and the cost, and taps Approve. The record says who approved it and when.

While you slept. Handled on its own, reminders that went out, marked done, and what's still waiting on you. Read aloud on Margaret's phone if she wants it.

Nod First
It sits on Margaret's day for the pharmacy's opening time, and the card says the honest part out loud: Needs someone to collect. Nod First arranges. It can't carry the bag home.
Knowing on Sunday night that this is realistically a Tuesday is better than finding out on Tuesday. That's the whole product.

Privacy
Nothing leaves your own server.
Nod First runs on a server you control, not on someone else's. Your parent's list never leaves infrastructure you control, and it isn't sold to anyone.
One exception, on purpose: a notification has to pass through Apple to reach an iPhone. So it never carries details. It says “Approval waiting” and the app fetches the rest once you open it.
